Washington, DC (October 9, 2015) — Leasing activity during the 3rd quarter at Combined Properties plateaued as portfolio occupancy increased, exceeding 96%.  47,286 SF of space, representing 8 businesses, was leased and 6 stores occupying 49,809 SF opened for business.
