Combined Properties, Incorporated of Beverly Hills, CA announces the opening of Sport Chalet and Babies ‘R Us at the newly redeveloped Foothill Ranch Towne Centre located in Foothill Ranch, CA.

Foothill Ranch Towne Centre sits on an 11-acre parcel that once was a 104,000 SF HomeBase store.  Combined Properties recently completed the first phase of the redevelopment, subdividing the building to accommodate several national retail tenants.

Sport Chalet occupies 50,410 SF and Babies ‘R Us opened in 33,287 SF.  Jeff Reenders of Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA) represented the Landlord on both deals and also represented the Tenant – Sport Chalet.
