Combined Properties is excited to announce the signing of PJ’s Coffee at South Alex®!

The New Orleans-based gourmet coffee shop will open its first Virginia location at the brand-new mixed-use project off Route 1 in Alexandria, VA. The deal was negotiated by Davis Paone of Resolutre representing PJ’s Coffee and by Austin Hersh and Sebastian Restifo of H&R Retail representing Combined Properties.

“PJ’s Coffee is a concept we feel confident will thrive at South Alex,” explains Jon Shartar, Senior Vice President at Combined. “They’ve proven themselves in several markets and share our vision for creating a unique sense of place in the Alexandria community.”

The shop, known for invoking the soul of Maple Street in everything from their flavorful cold brews to their fresh-baked daily beignets, will occupy 1,500 square feet next to Aldi in the project.
