Brian Bourdages joined Combined Properties in 2014 and directs all construction activity on the West Coast.  He comes to Combined as the company’s $1 billion development pipeline comes active with construction ready to commence on several California projects and more that are in the entitlement phase.  Mr. Bourdages has 30 years of experience creating Class A real estate assets, exceeding ROI targets, and developing award-winning projects.

Prior to working for Combined Properties, Mr. Bourdages was Vice President of Construction/Operations for CityView, a real estate equity fund manager of $2.75B in equity.  He has also held executive positions at Watt Companies, Helios Partners and Koll Companies.

Mr. Bourdages studied Construction Management at Okanagan College, Business Administration at Miramar College and Real Estate Studies at Marylhurst University.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.
