Lucy Fraser Joins Combined Properties
Combined Properties, Incorporated is pleased to announce that Lucy E. Fraser was hired as Vice President, East Coast Property Management.
“We are pleased that Lucy has agreed to join the firm as a member of our management team in Washington, and will be responsible for managing our East Coast portfolio,” said Katherine D. Roberson, President “Lucy is what we refer to as a “boomerang.” She worked with Combined earlier in her career, and after achieving her MBA and gaining additional experience in real estate and management with other companies, has returned,” said Roberson.
During the past five years, Combined Properties Incorporated has dedicated a considerable amount of time and resources to attracting top talent to support the firm as a component of its growth and aggressive development strategy. Combined Properties, Incorporated launched a joint venture with Chicago based Heitman in July 2007, for the acquisition of institutional grade shopping centers in the Washington, DC and southern California metropolitan areas.
Lucy Fraser has almost 20 years of experience in retail and real estate industry. Her work in the real estate industry has primarily been focused on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset/property management. Ms. Fraser most recent position was with the American Red Cross where she directed transactions and real estate asset optimization for the National Headquarts located in Washington, DC and their 750 local chapters. Ms. Fraser is an active member of Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
